Returns + Exchanges

Jungle Bee Designs guarantees you will receive your product in new and fabulous condition. If an order is received damaged, contact us to request a return or exchange immediately with images of the packaging that may have been damaged.

Order can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of placing your order. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Products must be returned in new/unused condition for a full refund. Condition of returned items is determined by Jungle Bee Designs upon the receipt of the returned items. Condition of the returned item is at the discretion of Jungle Bee Designs and will be determined immediately upon receipt of the order. 

For exchanges, replacements will be sent upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Customers will be notified once replacement products have been shipped.
